What this is Not!

There's a lot of burnout advice on the internet, and you may be wondering what makes this resource different from what's already out there. Here's what you WON'T find in this course:

  • This course will not teach you how to prioritize yourself and build "me time" into your day. We focus on the most restorative part of the day: Bedtime

  • This course will not embolden you to push back on being overworked. There are many certainties in our field; carrying a large caseload and wearing many "hats" is part of the job sometimes.

  • This course will not help you quit your job or leave the field. We work on streamlining your systems so you leave work at work and are better able to manage multiple responsibilities and maximize your work day.

What this IS!

This course is action-forward! You won't find frivolous advice or trending memes. What you WILL get is:

  • Step-by-step organization and time management systems based on 24 years working in the ABA field, both in schools, clinics, and homes.

  • A deep dive into the science of burnout to better-understand how you got to feeling burned out in the first place (and find the way out!)

  • Focus on specific changes you can make at night to improve your sleep. Why focus on sleep? Improved sleep is the main player in reducing or eliminating feelings of burnout!!
